The people of Kituwah territory on Ancient Worlds here offer recipes for cooking the indigenous foods available to the pre Columbian Cherokees as well as updated recipes suitable for preparing them today. Although the main ingredient should be an idigenous food stuff, more modern ingredients and cooking methods can be included. In the spirit of our people, we welcome input from all and thank AW members for their contributions. Sharing food is one of our most sacred traditions. It is the Tsalagi way.
