Welcome to the Forum BakeryLocated right next to the entrance of the Forum itself, our fresh-baked foods will do more than just tempt you.Breads Currently Available: Panem Depsticium: A very simple bread, made purely of flour and water; based on Cato's spartan recipe for those wanting to get back to Roman basics. Sala Cattabia: We turn the Panem Depsticium which doesn't sell the day it is made (which, you may be suprised to find, is most of it!) into Sala Cattabia, by soaking it in vinegar, and creating a salad with layers of cheese and other ingredients, topped with salad dressing. Placenta: A layered cheese and honey pie; another of Cato's recipes, but much more appetizing than the Panem Depsticium. |
