It is a time of great confusion among the Brigantes tribes. At the seat of Brigantes power in Ebraic, there sits a puppet king of Catuvellauni blood, who is controlled by the local Roman governor, Agricola. The people unwillingly bend to this puppet king's whims, and are miserable for it. The druids are all but powerless to stop this mayhem. Decadent and corrupt, the Brigantian Confederacy is dangerously close to toppling. It will take a single generation. Maybe less. Dark times indeed.
