The above grid is a simplified form of the Bagua.
Instead of the 8 trigrams, it's easier to divide the room up into 9 sections.
You still use it like the bagua but it's easier to remember.

To use the above grid, align it so that the "Career" section
is along the same wall as the main door.

If you have multiple doors into the same room,
which one do you use more often than the others?
This is usually your main door.

The "Tai Chi" section is only used to illustrate
that all 8 sections "connect" and are harmonious with each other.
