A myth is a symbolic story where human imagination expresses an idea that may be hard to convey in simple words. It is a sacred tradition that tells the people who they are and why. Mythology can embrace a whole range of subjects from theolgy, sacred beings, parables, fables or anything that might explain or add to the religious belief system. Myths help to answer some of the most difficult of questions.

Celtic Mythololgy consists of anything that pertains to the Celtic belief and perception of the supernatural.
