- Gazelle steaks (cooked to your liking!), sauteed vegies, garnished with lemon-wedge!

Vegetarian Plate

- Sauteed squash & mini-potatoes w/ spicey-oil dressing, blanched asparagus (served w/ clarified-butter by req.).

*Both plates come with a fresh-baked loaf of bread.

How about a drink before watching the Beth Shamesh landings?

DRINK MENU:

Ptah Ptah's - a grain alcohol and citrus juices w/ a small chunk of pineapple on the rocks! "A cool, not-too-sweet, little bit tangy, 'bell-ringer' served w/ a lemon or lime wedge!"
