A Diplomatic Endeavor

A new project has sprouted among the Hellas neighborhoods with Embassy Square in Athens. In the spirit of Mesopotamia's Seven Nations, the Embassy Project welcomes ambassadors from other worlds to come to Hellas and highlight their events and features to the Hellenes. Currently one such ambassador has taken up residency in Embassy Square, but more are needed! If you would be interested in serving your world in Hellas, be sure to contact one of your scribes.

Featured Hood

Hellas welcomes our newest city state, Boiotia. Come visit the land of Herakles, Narcissus, and Plutarch. A thorough traveler will be sure to visit ancient Orchomenos, the home of the Minyans, and the great city of Thebes.

The Prometheia
With December's Brumalia successfully past, Hellenes may now look forward to the lighting of torches across Hellas in honor of Prometheus. In granting the gods' fire to humans, Prometheus enabled humankind to begin its rise toward glory and civilization. This March, the Prometheia will give thanks to Prometheus for his gift.

Beginning at the southern extent of Hellas in Crete and gradually progressing north toward Pellas in Macedonia, the festival will follow the torches northward, with stops at potluck meals prepared by individual Hellene volunteers. Expect articles and trivia to accompany the festivities!

To learn more or join in the preparations, visit Prometheia Planning.

Hellas celebrates the Prometheia from March 21st to the 25th!
