There are currently 68 groups in Rome with a huge variety in topics. Some groups are more active than others, but all (unless noted as a "closed" group) are eager for your participation. Here is our group guide:

Bread And Circuses - This group is for the interactive Storylines of the Roman Empire, from Julius Caesar to Constantine and beyond, especially those concerning the gladiatorial games and the emporer's who sponsered them along with the senator's, the gladiator's, and spectator's, early Christian's and everything in between.

*Please note, unless the entire group and it's direction is explicitly handed over to you, you may NOT alter a group unless the group leader or group creator gives permission. If the group leader is entirely absent and the current membership is willing to make changes, changes can be made including group designation. However, deletion of any posts or threads containing posts cannot be done, and if the group leader/creator reappears and demands it returned to former state, they have the right of way. (enough rules for ya?) Basically, once you create a group, it's yours. Leave it for two years and come back with a porcupine up your rear, it is still rightfully yours to do with whatever you wish. Respect each other's rights when altering present groups please.
