Blessing Season

This time of year is famous for leaving folks wallowing in the blues, but we have much to be thankful for too. Helping keep spirits high, Rome announces it's Saturnalia plans, Germania is scheming full steam ahead with it's Yule '05 ideas and the Americas is also planning festivities. Looks like this December there will be no lack of great events and activities to participate in!

Not only that, in Global News pg2 you'll find the site has been blessed with the visit of our first guest speaker in the new Symposion series with a visit from author Tom Holland. Due to his brand new release, Persian Fire, Hellas has a vested interest in his visit and you can find additional information within it's world news. There is also HBO's Rome thrilling audiences everywhere and attracting an interesting new crowd, you can find more about this in the Roman World News.

The blessings don't end just yet.. there are also new editors in several of the worlds, some as assistants, some as guest reporters, and some will be accepting world editor roles come January.

Lastly you can find mention of the scribe change over in our Global News pg1, this site has been truly blessed with a great team of scribes who are now our very honored scribe emeritus, and new scribes to take up their duties in many of our worlds. For those that don't know, 90% of this ACTA, every issue of it that is, has been created by folks who are now scribe emeritus. So we quite literally wouldn't have this e-zine without them! I for one wish to thank each and every one of you who has contributed to the acta over the past year. You've done a brilliant job, and whether you remain on our current list of editors or not, we appreciate you very very much!

Every world news included brings you something interesting and many of them have included an excellent history section on their world, so don't miss a page!
