Managing an online community requires a special blend of patience and unbiased understanding, and most of all a need to grow and nurture things! 	Several Scribes are appointed annually for each city, and serve the main contact for registered citizens of their community. Their tasks are to assist the demigods in making people feel welcome, and facilitate their involvement in discussions. Their tasks include welcoming newcomers and steering them towards appropriate activities, and acting as a friendly and welcoming presence.
