TIPS FOR WRITING LOVE LETTERS TO YOUR VALENTINE
Love letters are expressions of our love and innermost feelings towards someone so they need to be written sincerely from the heart. When you feel the time is right to express your feelings for that special person, here are some creative tips and ideas you could use to impress your intended Valentine.  * Write a letter by hand using some nice handmade or specialty paper with nice inks. Many authors of previous centuries who wrote love letters were master at this form of letter writing, paying particular attention to both presentation as well as content. Often they would use special parchment paper, hand written with a quill and the envelope was then sealed with wax and bundled with special ribbons. Showing your Valentine that you have taken the time to present it beautifully is a big plus in your favour. * The use of Calligraphy is another way to write a beautiful letter. Even a pretty design or a simple flower shape down the side of the page makes that letter very special if writing in calligraphy style is too difficult. * For those artistically inclined, you may wish to draw or paint a picture for your beloved. Creating a light wash watercolour image or design on a blank piece of paper then using that when its dry to write the letter on is quite special and is sure to be very much appreciated by your Valentine.  * The use of simple but meaningful words are much better received than if writing a long complicated letter. The important thing to remember when expressing yourself is to be honest, sincere and caring. Sometimes people get stuck for words so even a simple poem or gift that expresses your sentiments could be offered instead. Its all about what comes from the heart that really counts. * Beginning and ending a letter also needs to be considered. How you address the person and sign off should be indicative of your level of affection for that person and signing off should sum up your feelings in a few meaningful words. So be brave and bold and take the plunge and send your Valentine something special this Valentines day and may your affection or love be reciprocated and grow a thousandfold!
