Thank You, Lipset YellowStar and Welcome, Firestorm Acoma!
We thank you,
Lipset for being a great back-up and great welcomer of newbies, and for helping with the festivals in the spring and summer. Sadly your art studies prevented more scribing, but no worries; when you've finished with them, we expect you to come and dazzle us with your graphics. :)
And speaking of dazzling, more graphics talent came Americas way, when Asenath Amenhotep decided to move to scribe for Americas, taking into use her Americas persona
Firestorm Acoma. Most of us know her work from Egypt and also in Americas, especially with anything involving chocolate, so all we need to say is welcome! :)

Take care of your pets, even during the holidays, when you’re laying passed out under the Xmas tree or Yule log, or whatever you have for the termites to chew upon…
Now it’s time to curl up by the hearth’s fire and dream about next year…
Happy Holidays to all,
~Topi

Hood News:
Romans are coming, Romans are coming! Run for the hills… and get your arrows an bow and blowguns and hide your men and goats… the former from
Xtreemli Curius and the latter from
Signor Grande Romulus, who have volunteered to help with the hood bulding and have purchased properties eg. at
Northwest Islands and Bays. All kidding aside, we are thankful for this, but we also still need "native" actives doing work, so if you’d like to volunteer as a neighborhood builder, and would like to do write-ups for Americas hoods, check out the available places at the
Americas Neighborhood Project-thread, and post a message at the thread.
In the Kituwah territory the past month was the month for trading, and people were posting their items on the threads for people, and it seemed a fun activity. Maybe something for other hoods to think about, activity wise, that is. And now it's time for the December Moon, which is the snow month. At the time of writing they are just about to finish their monthly graphic contest for December… check it out and next time, take part. And as an idea for holiday gifts; people are posting links to online stores selling native American items.
In planning: Izcalli (Rebirth) festival coming for Tenochtitlan(?) hood, suggested dates January 19th to February 7th... Contact the scribes if you’d like to help in planning
