New image, layout and some old threads added

Seeing that it is still a bit too quiet around here, I decided to add some of the old threads back, so that even people who aren't so interested in just Finnish things could join; still I doubt it'll ever get back to the glory days of over 200 posts in a week (@ AS open thread before the group was formed).
Also I took off the pretty but distracting bg-image, still thinking something else could be used, but... and I made a new main image using an image of the Pont-du-Gard aqueduct, ca. 19 B.C. - 14 A.D. (Provence, France) I got from vroma.org archive, and the two avatars Juppiter Lupus and I first used at AS in -97/98. If ever I find the avatar Eero Flavius used (the one with the scales or pot?); I'll add it to the picture somehow.
