People of Roma, in order to respect the treaty ratifying rights of the people, I am presenting a modification to all existing treaties. I therefore propose the Lex Domitia Domini Peregre:
That an amendment to all Roma’s treaties be inserted and enforced incorporating the S.C. Livia Domini Peregre into all such treaties.
