So what might be considered a technical resource?

* Software review sites.
* Technical writing books
* Style guides
* Hardware recommendations
* IT reviews

Basically information on anything that effects your work as a technical author, whether industry specific or not.

What would be useful to you in your job?

Information requests are also useful.
