I just got a call from the headhunter (IT/Tech recruiter). The position was filled external to candidates submitted by my headhunter. Disappointing, and a little discouraging.
When you have had an interview that didn't go well, what did you do? Normally, you can take a bad experience, dissect it, and learn from the experience. What do you do if the interview goes well? Or at least your perception was that it went well.
