Okay, here is another hint... The modern day equivalent of this breed is broken into several bloodlines: Crabbet, Egyptian, Polish, Russian, and others. Two of the breed's strains includes Kuhaylan and Seqlawi.
At this point, I'll be happy to settle for the modern-day name...
