Check our new thread under "Early Empire" for "Pax Moneta" - for issues of coinage and trade!
Several members have requested a general thread for discussions that outrun one particular Emperor's tenure . . . hence "The Early Empire." While not wanting to duplicate existing threads elsewhere, there are issues particular to the two centuries between Augustus and Commodus, and this is where we'll address them. Note Pax Moneta, our new thread! Our in-house expert on coinage, Anticus Cornelius, and others will contribute regarding specifics of coinage and finance during the first two centuries of Empire.
