Well, sir. What I can do is re-issue the decree, with the corrections in place. It's still good news for the people that taxes will still be remitted, and I will take personal responsibility for the mistake.

I deeply apologise for this. There are no excuses for my mistake and I will rectify the matter immediately.

OOC: Sorry, PhD taking precedent (needs to be done in its final form in less than three weeks), should have the correction up later.
